Categories and sources
Pause may process fasting start and end times, hydration entries and goals, weight and goal-weight records, and optional Apple Health body mass, dietary water, and active-energy data. Sources are you, your device, and Apple Health when you grant the relevant permission.
Purposes and processing
This information supports the timer, history, consistency, hydration, weight trends, synchronization, export, and features you request. Active energy is read for display only and is not persisted or synchronized. Raw Apple Health identifiers remain device-local.
Sharing
Pause-owned records are processed by Supabase for authentication, storage, and synchronization. Apple processes subscription information through StoreKit. Pause does not sell consumer health data or use it for advertising.
Your controls and rights
You can edit or delete many records in the app, disconnect Apple Health permissions in system settings, and request access, correction, export, or deletion as applicable. Submit a request to help@metabolicpause.com.
