Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these terms. Pause v1 supports iPhone on iOS 16.4 or later.
General-wellness service
Pause is a timer and tracker, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use fasting or tracking features and should consult a qualified professional about medical decisions.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid access is offered through monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple. No free trial or introductory offer is currently offered. Apple displays the localized price and handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its terms.
You can manage or cancel in your Apple account. Deleting your Pause account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
Your account and acceptable use
Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer where prohibited, misuse another person’s account, or use Pause unlawfully.
Availability and changes
Local-first features are designed to remain responsive offline, but synchronization, subscriptions, Apple Health, and third-party services may be unavailable. With a valid cached subscription entitlement, normal tracking remains available offline until that verified entitlement expires; changes synchronize when connectivity returns. Features may change to improve safety, comply with law, or maintain the service. Material changes will be communicated when required.
Ownership and termination
Pause and its original content are owned by Simion Gorgos and protected by applicable law. You retain rights in your information. Access may be suspended for material misuse or legal necessity, with notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and liability
Pause is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to in your country of residence.
